Terms of Service

The agreement between you and us. Plain terms: you own what you add, we charge what the pricing page says, and you can leave with your files.

Last updated 16 August 2026 · Sharedora is operated by Dynamic Upgrade LLC

1. Who this agreement is with

These terms are between you and Dynamic Upgrade LLC (“we”, “us”), which operates Sharedora. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not create one.

2. Your account

You need an account to add documents or ask questions. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens through your account. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.

3. What you may use it for

Sharedora is for storing and asking questions of material you have the right to hold. You agree not to use it to store or process anything unlawful, anything you have no right to, or anything designed to attack the service or another user.

You may invite other people to a Mind. When you do, they can read and download everything in it. Only invite people you intend to have that access.

4. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to everything you add. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store your files, and — where you have consented per document — to extract their text and send it to our AI provider to answer your questions.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not either, under the paid tier we use. We do not sell your content or share it with advertisers.

5. AI answers, and their limits

Sharedora answers from your documents and cites the page each claim came from. It is designed to refuse rather than guess: if your material does not contain the answer, it says so instead of inventing one.

It can still be wrong. An answer may misread a page, miss a document, or quote something out of context. Every claim carries a citation precisely so you can check it, and you should — particularly for anything medical, legal or financial. Sharedora is not professional advice and is not a substitute for it.

6. What it costs

  • $20 per month, or $200 per year — the yearly price is two months free.
  • 14 days free to start. A card is taken up front and the subscription converts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. One free trial per account.
  • A seat is per person, not per Mind. People you invite read and download everything in that Mind at no cost. A paid seat is needed to add documents, ask questions, or send an invitation.
  • You can cancel at any time. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not give partial refunds for time already elapsed, but if something has gone wrong, write to us.
  • If we change prices, existing subscribers get notice by email before it applies to them.

7. If you stop paying

Your documents remain readable and downloadable. Adding new material and asking questions require an active subscription; getting your own files back never does. We will not hold your archive hostage to a lapsed card.

8. Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes the Minds you own and cancels your subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted, how long that takes, and the narrow set of things that survive.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks clause 3, or where we are required to by law. Except where that is unlawful or unsafe, we will tell you and give you a chance to export your material first.

9. Availability

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level agreement. Sharedora is provided “as is”. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — the download button exists for that, and works whether or not you are paying.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for decisions taken in reliance on an AI-generated answer. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give notice by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use Sharedora afterwards means you accept it. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.
